Renewable Integrator Inc.'s return policy is to accept returns of unopened boxes only.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.  All returns must be made within 15 calendar days of the customer receiving product.  The receipt of product date is based on the shipper tracking information.  Damaged boxes should not be accepted from the shipper and will not be accepted for return by Renewable Integrator Inc.  All product must be returned at the customers expense fully insured.
